Sapphire Wafer is a monocrystalline substrate made from high-purity aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) crystal, widely used in fields such as semiconductors, optoelectronics, lasers, and LEDs. It possesses excellent physical, chemical, and optical properties, particularly in high-temperature, high-frequency, and high-power applications, ensuring the stability and reliability of devices. The manufacturing process of sapphire wafers typically uses techniques such as the Verneuil process, ensuring extremely high purity and uniform crystal structure.
